It's about these two cats that are in like a city, they may be french, i know that in one seen they're like in a tunnel or something.. it is a really pretty story .. if it helps the cats look like the pink panther.. but they;re not.. jeje

...are you perhaps referring to the 1962 Chuck Jones scripted animated film, "Gay Purr-ee"; the two cats you're probably referring to, are voiced by Judy Garland and Robert Goulet...
