I have added a link to show installation. The gasket between the bowl and tank may not be the same as yours but connects the same way. I also put the new wax seal on the flange instead of the bowl bottom when setting. Keeps it from getting damaged. Good luck.

yes, you definitely can. the only thing a plumber's got is experience. since you're probably going to get a bunch of people telling you how to do it, i'll skip that and just say:
-its really nasty right under toilets--if you're squeamish, this might not be for you.
-toilets are heavy and can crack easily.
-even if you are pretty fit, i personally think that its always easier with a second set of hands.
-when you take the old one off, there's still going to be some amount of water in it--put it in the bathtub asap, unless you don't mind nasty water on the floor.
-most importantly, DONT SKIP ANY STEPS :)

Empty the water- Remove the hoseline from the water supply, remove the screws holding it down.
Pull out toilet.
Clean the pipe fitting in the floor, (With a scraper), put in Wax sealing ring, and place new toilet in.
Then reverse process, put down new screws/bolts into the bottom sides (Not too tight or you'll crack it, just snug)
then reattach waterline, and tadaa, you're done.
About 30 minutes.

Yes you can. How skilled are you? How much about plumbing do you know? Do you have any plumbing tools? These are important questions. Do you have someone who can help. This is important because it is 100 times easier in one part with 2 people unless you have plumbing experience.
Is this a two piece or one piece toilet?
For instructions go to:

Good luck with the project.
Think about getting a low water (1.5 gallon) toilet to help save the planet.

yes, just make sure you can turn the water supply off real quick. And dont over tighten the fittings, and put some kind of thread dope on all threads so next time you will be able to remove them.Patience, and map out what you are going to do before you attack.

it's not the hardest thing in the world to do, but toilets are heavy,,,and if you do it wrong you can break the ceramic tank and/or toilet, have a flood, get poo and pee everywhere, or have a hidden leak that ruins your floor or the ceiling below, etc etc.. Have a knowledgeable person help you or hire a LICENSED plumber or handyman to do it, 2 hours from start to finish.
