Weather is variable....I ve been there when it's just fine mid-70 and I've been there when it's been 100.

Hard to predict but it's generally one of the best times to visit between the conventions. Not normally hot and certainly above freezing.

I have been in Las Vegas October and November and the weather was beautiful. A light jacket for night was all I needed.

For the first link, below, then scroll down to the "History & Almanac" box, about a quarter of the way down in the middle
(click on the "Seasonal Weather Averages" link).

For the second link, I presume you're going to visit LV, so make sure to check out the freebies (hotels, souvenir, and info stands have tons of freebies, so don't pay for any of them! When I visited there a few years ago, we were going to the auto museum, which would have given us a AAA $5 discount off the $16 (!!!) admission, but, on a whim, I pulled into a souvenir shop for a local map, and came out with a free discount coupon book for FREE admission for up to five people!!! I know I'm rambling off-topic, at this point, but, suffice it to say that there are a TON of things to do in LV that are totally free, and you don't even have to look that hard or far to find them!)

Have fun, and don't gamble more than you can afford to lose!

October 10-20....beautiful. It starts leaning toward getting chilly around then at night, however. More clouds, more "chances" of rain, but it hardly ever rains here. Of course, now that I put that in writing, it'll be the wettest October on record, lol.
Check the Almanac for weather history for the past few years.
