My pet goldfish Lou wants to have a swimming pool in his castle. His wife approves. They think it will be very good for their triplets, who just joined the school of fish. They were so bad in their swimming lessons, and brought home low grades, and never practised their strokes. Lou and his wife think that the swimming pool will help them to be better swimmers.
What should I do?

Yes it will also improve the real estate market of the castle. So when the kids finally move on to bigger eceans in their lives. Lou and his wife can sell the castle and make money. So yes a good investment all around!

I think you should purchase that pool if you can afford it.......in the long run it should up the property value if Lou and this wife should divorce and with Lou's previous wife that could happen. Nothing wrong with home improvements. I say if you can do it comfortably then go for it. The kids will benefit from it.

I know a good pool contractor and I'll have them come give you an estimate. You'll need to dry the area out before they pour for it.
