Wrong section.I'll answer it anyway.
-Traffic laws-yes-Many people jump signals, jaywalk, don't wear seatbelts, don't wear helmets and getaway with it.This is mainly because fines are very low.
-Trespass-depends on the situation-land sharks trespass on govt and private land(this doesn't happen in the middle of -towns).They usually getaway with it because many of them have support of politicians.
-Bribery-for the most part yes-you can't get much work done at government offices without giving a bribe.
-Disrespect to the national flag and anthem-NO-Indian law is very strict about this and so are the people. If you disrespect the anthem or the flag, then you're screwed.
-Cheating-No
-Copying in exams-No,if you're caught(and people are caught often).
-Small theft-Mostly,no.
-Electricity theft-Mostly,no.If you happen to be a goon or a minister you can getaway with defaulting on your bills,so thats nearly theft.
-Teasing or Molesting women-No.You will be arrested and on an unlucky day,you might get beaten up by some angry folks.
-Child labour-Strict Anti-child labour laws were passed a couple of years ago and the police is doing all it can to
protect children.
-Child marriage-In Cities and towns,No.It happens mostly in villages and is very uncommon these days.
There's only one reason behind this:lack of strict punishment.

This is really nothing to do with Computers / internet / General Internet. . . . However

Show me an adult that claims to have never brokern any laws, I'll show you a liar/fool.

It is impossible to NEVER break any laws, as often it is done without meaning to, EXAMPLE, in the UK it is an offence to drive a motor vehicle with a defective lightbulb, regardless of if it's used or not. ie it might be daylight, middle of summer, but driving with a failed headlight buld is ILLEGAL. You broke a law the moment the bulb blew.

How many peolpe in india ? Well take total poulation (adult) and subract 1, there's your answer.

Reasons, Human nature and lack of knowledge of laws.

Your answer is very vague...any way..the question is how many does not do it.. everyone does something stupid in their life knowingly/unknowlingly.. even taking a chocolate or beer at friends place without asking is kind of theft..

What exactly you are trying to analyze by asking this question in "Computer & Internet" section?

Don't talk about India. First know about your country. Let us know where exactly you are from?

If you think India is bad, you should visit Nigeria!...PLEASE

Also, you should post your question in a different section if you really need people's speculation on Indian petty crime
