If a vehicles thrust angle was incorrect would it pull when you let go of the steering wheel, or do anything else?

Had a 4 wheel alignment done but when I came out of the grage the steering was off-centre. Tech mentioned that one of back wheels was out at little but instead of adjusting it he just compensated for it in the front. Anyways I adjusted the tie rods in equal measures to straiten the steering wheel which worked. But now I am worried incase may car is crabbing.

This so called test does nothing but follow the crown of the road. The pull is 90% tow.10% camber.Or a bad front tire.
