Yes, AOL Radio With XM Will have old school rap, as well as Live65. Why Not try satellite Radio? XM has the Rhyme which is old school rap and Sirius has Backspin that has old school rap as well. I've found The Rhyme to be better.

Yes Sirius radio has a channel called "Old Skool Rap". It came with our Dish Network.

If you live in New York City and have an HD (High Definition) radio, Hot 97's (WQHT) HD-2 station is old skool.

And since you don't tell us where you live, it's kind of hard to answer.

If you can't find a station locally, I prefer iTunes, Windows Media Player or AOL because they are big companies that are not going to clutter up your computer (well, with the possible exception of AOL). They are all free and all offer an astounding array of choices.
