Yes, you can do it if you are US citizen and none else. Because USA is the owner of the present world it can do and undo any thing. It can enter into your bed room without permission. It can detain any number of people without any charge for years together. The US Supreme court is also a puppet in the hands of the Executive when they raise the taboo of national Security. Therefore you can buy or sell items taken from Saddam Hussein's palace in 2003 in the name of National security of USA.

Yes and no they can sell them just not tell the person that there from saddams palace or they can get arrested for selling stolen goods.

Milo I wouldn't brag about owning anything from Suddham Hussein.
It only looks like you were one of his, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes, don't try and inflate one who inflicted pain and terror to his people and took from his people maybe you should post the item and ask who it really belongs to and that they can claim it as it was found in the world's greatest thief's house and you now want to return it to its rightful owners and that would be the people of Iraq.
