The Iraqi Govt. or the US Govt.?
I say it's a tie right now. But what do you think?

Our government isn't screwed up; our politicians are. Our government is fine. So I will say that Iraq's government, which cannot stand on its own two feet, is more screwed up.

All screw-ups are history-sensivite. That being the case, the US govt with its 231 year history is far more screwed up than the Iraqi pseudo-government.
Bush is a far less skilled leader and politician than al-Maliki could ever imagin being.

Well since I would hardly call what Iraq has an actual government I will go with the U.S.

iraq is not a democratic government, its a friken anarchy,and yes its screwed up. our politicians are secrewed up, not our government
