Does anyone can tell me a good site for internet writers to write and post their article then get paid for every article posted and read? Please recommend an international site which includes international writers, not only from USA.

It would have been helpful if you indicated what kind of writing you want to do: prose? poetry? novellas? news articles? sports? tech stuff? glamour? etc, etc, etc
I have no experience with this, and I wouldn't do it, because you can probably kiss your copyrights "goodbye", and my "gut" says most such sites would be rip-offs.
Just make sure that they don't ask you to pay ANY fees at any time, and do NOT give them any personal information, other than your address where they can mail checks (stay away if they ask for your social security or similar number, or for a bank account number where money will be "deposited").
