You think getting to level 5 is hard, try getting to level 7! Just keep answering questions, utilize all your points voting on undecided questions everyday( I think you get to vote on 80 per day) and be concise in your answers to try to get best answer points. Also when you ask a question, be sure to choose a best answer to get the 3 points. Now I must get back on the path to level 7, (only 13,781 points to go, Aaarrgghh!!!)

Keep answering questions and try to make them all educated and not condescending. This way, you'll have a much better way of getting best answer! Another good way is not to focus your time answering questions like Coke or Pepsi? A ton of people will answer these and who's to know why the asker will choose one answer over another? You should try answering more specific questions that not everyone would know the answer to. Much less people would answer, which would give your answer a better chance to be picked.
And...stop asking questions!

It is..I just got there..it took a loooonnnnngggg time!
Just keep on answering a lot of questions.
Also, go back over the questions that you answered that have been resolved.
See what answer was chosen best answer, and try to get a feel for what people are looking for in an answer.
It might help you in answering future questions.

i am not at level five but all you have to do is keep on answering questions and when you finall y get to level five you could ask a few questions because you want to keep as many points as possible.

I am on level 4 :) whoot yeah it is hard work at it. I had my account since June and now I am level 4

picking the right category would be a good start.
and there are obviously people out there that are level 5 and higher. just takes time.

Yeah, don't ask questions unless it is absolutely necessary.... I hardly do, but when I do, I answer 30 questions after that...
When I am on, I try to answer as many Qs as I can... yesterday, I answered 14 questions... I'm shooting for a lot more! good luck and answer don't ask!

Stop asking so many questions. You should be answering many more questions than you ask. Also be sure to vote for best answers.
