George Will said Re: Fair Tax

Mike Huckabee wants you to write a check for 300 thousand dollars to the IRS if you buy a million dollar home. Having read the fair tax book this is a lie do you believe Will is smart enough to know its a lie or does he not understand the difference between inclusive and exclusive taxes

What difference does it make whether his calculations were correct - the point was clearly about the fact that a large tax on homes is Huckabee's intention with the Fair Tax, and the Fair Tax does have in it that it will tax new home sales.

The math might be wrong but the point was made.

I am not fully against the Fair tax mind you, but it has so many issues that need resolving it seems it would be insanity to focus so much on the mere collection of taxes when the existence of uncontrolled expenses is a FAR FAR bigger issue.

What does it matter?Huckabee has never had a chance. It will be one of the corporate whores that get the nomination,Thompson,Mitt,Or Rudy

The same is true on the Democratic side.real Dems like Kucinich or Gravel have no chance, because Clinton is the corporate lackey designated for that side.

We're told who to vote for and we do it.

I cannot give any credibility to your question or your statements. George Will has been a conservative for dozens of years. He cannot be a neocon, since that is short for people too lazy to type out neo-conservative.
