Toolbar Question?

I some how managed to get my toolbar onto the right hand side of my desktop. How do I get it back to the bottom. I have tried dragging it already. Thanks!

Right click on an empty section of the taskbar and unlock it. Then try to drag it back to the bottom, right click again and lock it.

Usually you can drag it, just keep trying, but if you just recently did it, try restoring your computer to the day before it happened, maybe that will put it back in the right place.
