school starts in a week and i have to get up at 6 am
and this summer i usaly got up at noon and stayed up realy late
i dont want to wake up realy tired on the first day or be realy hyper on coffee

set your alarm clock to go off at 6:00 tomorrow. You're going to feel tired and it's going to take a week to get used to the schedule. It's best you start now. That way you won't be dragging around when school starts.

Start the routine of getting up early every morning at 6:00am and you will be ok by next week!
