As a side note, the movie wasn't called just "The Chronicles of Narnia." Rather, it was "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe." It was only one movie in what will hopefully be a full series (or Chronicle).

The Chronicles of Narnia. It is the second book in a series of 7 books altogether by C. S. Lewis (the same guy who wrote Alice in Wonderland) and it is supposedly filled with occult Christian symbolism.
