Ok so we will be talking and then the conversation kinda gose flat and then he'll say "call Cierra, Shell start a conversation.", Cause she goes cyco on the phone and you pretty much cant get her to stop talking but Im kinda a shy person but I still can talk forever. But we've only gone out for like 3 days. So could it be he's just shy around me or is it definantly that he likes Cierra? Oh and Im 13 and so is everyone else in this.

Sweetie, yes he does like your friend. He's comparing the pair of you. He thinks she's very talkative and outgoing.
You need to comfront him and ask him why he always wants you to call Cierra.
Listen you're 13, and remember there are lots of cute guys out there willing to give you the time of day.

maybe hes just telling you that he wants you to be more talkative like Cierra. hes dating you so don't ruin something over an assumption but think about what hes telling you maybe hes doesn't want to tell you flat out to change but hes trying to jolt you into changing and telling you why all in the same "hey why don't we call Cierra."
