Americans are really ignorant and stupid, they are so blinded that they think they are the best country because they have $$$$ and a big military but their lives are empty, they dont care about family, they only think about $$$$, or Britney Spears or Paris Hilton,thay are arrogant, materialistic and snobish.. therefore they don relly care about anything.....except paying their bills and making more $$$$

A 'deficiency' in their education. Not in 'education' itself, in THEIR learning. To include the 'education system' expand the survey to find out how many cannot locate, say Canada or Mexico on a map once they have identified the US.
Those answers should be just as surprising.
