When I put the paper into the paper loader, and I print something, it starts to take the paper but then it doesnt load straight. It starts to force the paper to a side making the paper fold. then the printer wont take the paper.

Sounds like something catching in the paper path. Remove paper, and sit printer on a table so you can rotate it
Look in the paper path with a torch, if you can see anything that it would catch on, try to carefully remove with tweezers ( needle nose pliers.

Make sure that there are no paper pieces trapped inside the feeder or any paper clips. There are two small rollers on both sides of the paper pickup (normally its grey) see whether both are intact. Are you using the recommended GSM paper? Try using some good quality paper.
