To add to the consensus seen in other answerers' replies, both #2 and #3 are grammatically correct, but #2 better reflects the way native speakers of English actually talk.

number three is correct. number 2 is seemlingly correct, because it is popular. 1 is far from correct, and 4 is missing a few words.
