Why do you want to write your "mistake" down so people can read it? All you need to do is find your nearest Catholic church, the Reconciliation times will be posted, go and talk to a priest.
You don't have to be a Catholic to talk to a Catholic priest.

well i would say here but i doubt thats what ur looking for. is there a certain person you need to repent to? What did you do? i have to wonder if there was someone on the receiving end of this....

You need to make up with the person whom you hurt. Otherwise your repentence does not mean anything.
