Lets assume there are 10 billion in the eastern hemisphere. (That is more than twice the amount)
Let us also assume they all weight 100 kg.
(That is way more than the average)

That would come out to 1,000,000,000,000 kg.

The mass of the earth is 5.972e24 kg

That is more than a trillion times the size of all the humans on earth. That is not enough to make any difference on the planet if we all jumped up and down all at once.

Seriously? There are 6.5 billion people. If each person weighs 75 kg, that would be 4.87 x 10^11 kg.

The Earth, however, has a mass of 5.98 x 10^24 kg. So the mass of everyone on Earth is only 0.00000000000815% of the Earth.

So jump all you like. The Earth won't budge.

we would corrupt earth's trajectory towards the sun and we'd crash the sun which would corrupt sun's trajectory and the solar system would crumble and each planet would went it's own way and they'd hit some stuff and then BUM BANG and that would lead us to new Big Bang.

come to think how we appeared. maybe people before our Big Bang did the same thing...
