On my 2004 Camry LE V6 there are power plugs under the passenger seat. This seat is not "power" adjustable, but rather manual. I was wondering what the plugs are for? Lumbar support adjustment? I am about to replace with leather seats from a different model. Thanks so much for the help.

Those connections may be for one of the computers, is there a box they connect to?

Those connections may also be there to support power seats and are not connected since you have manual seats.

It is cheaper to run the wires to all cars since the majority will have power seats.

Most often the plugs, wires or connectors are for the seat belt and air bag sensors.
Try your local Toyota's service dept's shop foreman or parts dept to get some better clarification often they can or will be a valuable resource.
Good luck,
Norm..

It's easier to pre-wire ALL the cars at the factory durring assembly for options such as power/heated seats, as opposed to installing the afterwards.

seat heater if you have that option, seatbelt warning light and side air bags are what is common. I forgot what year they installed them but occupant sensor could also be one of them.
