I think we should start with omelletts. Then on to pancakes and waffles with fresh fruit with fresh squeezed orange juice, then move to the lunchy stuff... There we'll find a carved fillet of beef, and on the side let's have chantilly whipped potatoes with glazed gravy from the beef. Once there, let's have some steamed esparagus with a lemon hollandaise sauce and fresh little ciabatta rolls.
The dessert table can have a chocolate mousse tort and a tray of mini eclairs. We can also have some strawberries and cream in pretty little dishes and of course a little creme brulee.
YUM!!!! I'm starving ;o)

YOU !!! but food wise for a brunch?2 inch thick sirloin marinated in Worcestercire Sauce and my favorite seasonings cooked on my grill with Au Jus Sauce (acually making it for dinner) Scalloped Potatoes,Suateed Mushrooms, and Quesidias with Sour Cream and a couple Coronas .....

Baked zuccini with lots of garlic and pepper and melted parmasan cheese on top. NOTHING else will do.
