Thats weird and wonderful, im uncertain why they could observe the sentence this way, yet it is what I understand "If the tenant does not purchase interior of a undeniable time-physique, the owner will value a bigger lease, than if the tenant buys in the time-physique" which ability it will be a extra helpful deal for the tennant to purchase with in that categorical time-physique, otherwise the owner will want to value extra. desire this helped, and lower back it is what I understand:)
