Do you think this Cop is harassing me and my friends?

Me + my friends yesterday were at the mall, we were just hanging around, inside the mall by the entrance to the right. Some girl was going to pass to me and my friends saying "excuse me" in a very very very rude way, so she can go inbetween us by leaving to the entrance. But there was 3 exits and why couldn't she instead leave to the other exits, like what her other friend did that she was with. We were pissed, but my one of my friends all of a sudden blured out "B*tch" and all of my other friends including me were like "don't say that!" there was almost a confict, but it ended soon and no physical fight. Anywho this security cop of the mall came up to us and told us not to curse and not to hang out by the the entrance, we were like fine, we understood that, even my friend who got involve even said "sorry" to the cop. So we went outside of the mall, in the front, hanging out like some of the people were and the same cop came out side and say some guys with skateboards and told

them it wasn't allowed, then he came up to me and my friends again and....
told us to not to hang around by the entrance, the funny thing is, WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES HANGING AROUND, THERE WAS ALSO MANY PEOPLE. Me + my friends were like.....ok. So instead, we just went to the back of the mall and went back inside, and went shopping. Then we all went to the food court and got some drinks and just took pictures. Then the same cop all of sudden was there and told us it was not allowed, and said "I thought you guys left a couple of hours ago", he was EXPECTING, but he never mention we were being kicked out of the mall from the very beginning, never. He just told us not to curse and hang by the entrance IN the mall. This is another thing, everytime I go to the mall, even my friends, we see people talk pictures all the time and even take their camcorders and the other cops doesn't stop them. I didn't even see a list of rules in the front of the mall which are some things that are prohibited

to the mall. So finally we just left to the back of the mall as where we also enter the 2nd time, and this time me + my friends feel like we were being harassed. Then we all started walking to the very front of the mall so some of my friends could call there parents and get a ride home or just drive home to end the day. Suddenly, this cop again was following us and we were like "W*F" in our heads. Then he stopped and this time was riding a car, and asked "when are you guys going to leave?".....then we just simply answer his question about getting a ride and some of my friends going to drive home. I feel like being harassed, by that cop and that rude girl, we didn't even started the "almost" fight with the girl in the beginning, btw, we even said sorry the the dumb b*tch, she didn't even apoligize back. What do you think I should do? Should I call the Police to come over and report this cop that has been bothering us?

We weren't doing anything after that cop just warn us to not hang by the doors. If he had anything else to say, he should have said it right from the beginning.

I understood about the fight, it was my friends fauilt and I know the cop was right, but as for the rest, he just kept bothering us.

First of all he is right, you shouldnt have been hanging out in front of the exit doors. But the other girl was being more rude by not walking around or saying excuse me. If the cop wanted you to leave then he should have told you the first time to leave. You guys were not doing anything really wrong to get you thrown out of the mall. Harrasment is the way someone makes you feel. If you think the cop was harrasing you guys then you can report him. But you should try to avoid him whenever you go back to the mall.

You shouldn't be in front of the door hanging out in the way where she would have to say excuse me.
And the cop should leave you alone if your not doing anything.

you know that mall security people are in that job because they are too psychotic to get a job anywhere else, right? They enjoy believing that they are bigshot security, and think the mall belongs to them. It makes them nervous to see people congregating in one spot and not just walking around. they probably start thinking you are terrorists, or something . just dont go there for awhile.
