In England sex at sixteen is LEGAL so why cant the said age range be held accountable and responsible for murder of another?

I can see no fault with either your question (which is, should a 16 year old be held responsible and face the results of their actions)? Or your logic.
I wonder why these 'very clever' folk on answering your question don't actually answer your question?
The question is obviously open for debate, discussion, opinions, not I think to give folk an opportunity to try and belittle you.
OK that's got that off my chest, and yes I do feel better now, I tried that head bashing against a brick wall, it didn't help a lot!!
Now back to your question, I can only give my opinion and that is no more valid than any one Else's opinion.
I have been a 16 year old, (many moons ago) I did many 'wrongs'!!
I am not yet senile so I do recall that I knew exactly what I was doing at the time, and I didn't give a sh*t about any consequences, the thought never entered my head.
I served my time, five years, followed by a time of two years in the army, did it do me any good???
No it didn't, was it meant to?
No it wasn't, it was meant to to teach me a lesson !
Did it teach me a lesson? No it didnt, it did teach me to hate certain folk!!! I dont think that was meant to be the object of this excerise!!
OK I agree with your idea 16 year olds should be held responsible for their actions.
Now the cure for those actions ever happening in the first place is well beyond me, you would be better asking some of these very clever folk on here what they think of that? Perhaps a lot of enforced head bashing up a brick wall is the answer?
Now I havent worked out exactly what your question is meant to achieve?
Is it some sort of revenge 'eye for an eye' sort of thing? Would that sort out the worlds problems? I dont think so.
But good luck in your quest , keep the questions coming , do not be put off by all these 'clever folk' !!
Get your opinions and at the end of the day make up your own mind.

I agree, but the law doesn't allow a person to vote until 18 - so 18 becomes the age of legal responsibility.

Most are held accountable and held in juvenile detention centers until they reach the legal age. At that point they're transferred to adult housing facilities.

The two are not related. Your logic is foolish.

Go outside and take a few deep breaths. You might find that banging your head against a wall very hard might help.

16 year olds who murder ARE tried for murder. They can be sentenced to indefinite detention.

I think that the age that a child understands right from wrong, is the age that they should know that murder is wrong. I don't buy into that "too young to know" crap...if a 16 year old kid murders, they should be tried for murder...

Most states do not believe a 16 year old can legally consent.

Your English grammar is lacking. Your logic is non-existent.
