I'm going to be passing through Sedona for about 3 hours (hopefully more) in a couple of weeks. I have always wanted to visit an energy vortex, but have virtually no time for hiking. I want to be close enough to the vortex to feel its energy.

Of the famous ones out there, which is the most easily accessible and beautiful? Please describe in detail - feel free to post links to useful sites (already been to http://www.lovesedona.com/01.htm - to get an idea).

My fiance and I go up there every year. It's beautiful and great to get out of Phoenix for a litte while.

There are several vortexes up there. The easiest and most convenient one to get to is near the airport.

The better ones are the ones you can hike to, but since you won't have time for that I won't even get into it.

Have fun and take care!

I've heard of Sedona's many vibrant breathtaking views but I am unaware of vortex's of any kind and I am a native Arizonan.
