Well although i think the thing which makes the world so interesting and intrigueing is our peculiar eccentricities and quirks i think that if we were all a nation of 'beautiful people',the media, magazines and tv could not exploit peoples particular vulnerabilities and insecurities,so in that respect we would be alot happier and people perhaps would be more concerned about internal qualities and inner beauty.personality traits such as arrogance would be alot less prevalent and there would be no racial conflicts. It would be an interesting world but also less vibrant and more monotone in nature. We'de get bored!!Although the media would find some other quality to exploit people over, perhaps intelligence, which would actually be rather positive. We'de all become more erudite and smart and looking up to people like Stephen Hawking and Einstein instead of paris Hilton!Worth would then be measured by the qualitys of our minds and morals! We could also become more empathetic,if others look just like us why on earth would we hurt our own image!

If we all looked alike, there would still be ways we would separate each other: by IQ, atheletic ability, musical talent, political beliefs, religion, etc, etc, etc. By the way you mean "equal", ie we would all be treated exactly the same and all have exactly the same resources, then no...that is called "Equality of Outcome", and would only serve to punish those who did excel, by expecting them to come down to everyone else's level.
The best sort of equality we can strive for is "Equality of Opportunity" i.e, making sure everyone has an equal chance to make the very best of his/her own talents and abilities.

the world can be a better place if we all are honest ,kindhearted and hardworking, otherwise world can't be a better place cause people are so different and don't have the same intensions,I only hope that people a day to be equal in having food, education and equality before the low.

I don't think we'll ever lose our individuality, or not recognise it in each other. It seems to be the natural order of things.

No, because how could we be happier if we all weren't unique, as our creator formed us?
