This is going to sound so cliche, but my mom. She's really been through so much over the past few years with her health, and her faith has surely been tested, but she didn't lose an ounce of her faith or the person she is. She also continued to work hard and be a good wife and mother throughout all of it. She's finally doing much better! :)

My mother. Without her, I could've been dead or abandoned long ago. She took me in when no one would (I'm adopted), fed me, clothed me, sheltered me, cared for me, and loved me. There's nothing I wouldn't do for her, and she's the one person in life that I truly respect. She's a humanitarian: along with myself, she's adopted more than 10 children in the course of my lifetime (I was two when she took me in) and raised all of us by herself. And in her past, before us, she worked as a nurse for Yale University, the college she graduated from. I love that woman to death, and she is my role-model.

at the present, id have to say my aunt, she's only 3 years older than me, were more like sisters, she is a very strong, honest person, hard driven, never lazy, and a wonderful friend. i love her much!
