I love to go to the lake and sit on the beach by myself....just hearing the waves makes me reflect

I live in the country and there are tracts of land with nothing but trees and lakes. That's where I go, and spend the day. The silence is broken occasionally by a bird or sometimes a gust of wind; but it works for me.

I'll get in my car and drive someplace quiet and read and try to relax. Going to different places alone where it's quiet is where I seem to hear from God the most because their is no noise or interruptions.

Yeah ! everyone needs a place 2 chill and be with themselves to rech there thaughs and help sort there complications ! my place is the end of my garden where there is a little water foutain ! the sound of water calms the mind ! x

Crystal Beach (Galveston, TX). Normally secluded and very quiet and clean. Sea breeze and waves lapping at the shores.
