The farm is in the mountains of Wayanad, Kerala, India. Black pepper, coffee and rubber are the main crops. There is a small house, electricity, phone and water connection. Apart from this, it is quite boring to live there because the area is quite remote. The local tribal people who work in the farm do not talk much and know only the local language. There is a small church and a small grocery shop near the plantation. Road connectivity with public bus transport is available.

How to find somebody who will stay there for more than 6 months and be in contact with me over phone on a daily basis and report whats going on in the plantation and convey what is to be done there?

Place an ad in the paper. Interview the perspective candidate and above all...ask for a list of references and make sure you follow up with the references.

I would suggest you to give an ad in the local classifieds/newspaper and am sure that you will get genuine responses.

All the best.
