Not something I have experienced first hand but I would say live and let live. It's not illegal so if people want to spice up their sex lives with a bit of wife swapping then let them!
Can't say I've ever heard of a situation like this where someone doesn't get jealous and upset though. I personally couldn't let another guy do me while my husband watched- I'd think it showed a distinct lack of respect. And I'd go nuts with jealousy if my guy was doing a woman who was prettier than me. And seeming to enjoy it too much. I think it's a slippery slope but each to their own.

As with all things if everybody is consenting and happy with the situation where is the harm

I think if everyone agrees and consents i cant see a problem with it, I think they would be quite fun and exciting if everyone is comfortable with each other.
