I am wondering why she isn't being feminine.

I don't think I really have a first thought every time I see someone with short hair. Usually, if I'm out, I am focusing on the task at hand.
You wonder why she isn't being feminine, by your definition.
I'm sure some young man thinks she is just charming, so it's not your problem anyway.

When i see any women with short hair, my first thought is that the Bible says in I Corinithians 11 that a woman shouldn't cut her hair. I personally don't cut my hair at all and I believe that that is the right thing for a girl/woman to do. I love my hair being long; it looks so much more feminine.

That she might not want to spend all the time it takes to take care of and style long hair and be able to get ready faster in the morning.

some short cuts can be very femanine,from what i see - they are very much in style. i however prefer very long hair - i always have - but the misconception that all short hair is butch is becoming outdated.

I am jealous. I'm so ready to cut my hair but I can't until spring. I'm growing it out to donate to Locks of Love.

maybe she has a busy lifestyle and doesn't have time to fuss with her hair, so she keeps it short to manage

Sometimes I wish Hubby would allow me to cut my hair..geesh I cut it to shoulder length and he spanked me:(
