I've been to Mexico, Canada and the Peoples Republic of China. I spent over two weeks in P.R. China and had a wonderful time. My visit blew-away my pre-conceived notions of what China is like. I visited three major cities (Beijing, Hefei and Guangzhou) and found them to all be modern and very western. There are LOTS of cars but very few accidents. The people were all very warm and friendly (including the soldiers who liked to tell jokes in English). Most Chinese speak some English and many signs are bi-lingual (Chinese and English). For a supposedly Communist nation they're ridiculously capitalist. Chinese television commercials are a hoot. The food is great and the beer is very cheap and very good! The Hard Rock Cafe in Beijing is a trip but don't go to a KFC over there.

Just our neighbors to the north and to the south. I've been to Canada many times and had no problems until they said I could not go there anymore. In Mexico I only went to Tijuana so I have no idea what the *real* Mexico is like.
Oh, and I may have been in Bermuda's territorial waters if that counts.

31. My favorite cities are amsterdam, bangkok, cairo, rome, paris, london, rio, tokyo and istanbul. But there was something good in every country I visited, usually some type of food.

Trinidad...IS THE BEST.

Most of Europe, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Thailand, Cambodia and China. Thailand was the best!
