I think it's quite common to eat less, or at least in a less-organized way. I tend to develop strong stomach cramps when stressed, which block me from having a full meal, but I might go on "nervous snacking" and then feel ill because of that...

I have no appetite at all under stress! I usually have to find a way to vent the stress before I am hungry enough to eat something.

Usually when you get stressed out you go in to diffrent habits. One of thoes is eating more but i dont think all people do it.

i go to make sports! Dance like 1 hour, swim and then no time to eat and at the same time you don't feel the need. Because making sports gives out happiness hormones:)))
