The questions assumes the premise that time has no beginning. Answering your question based on your initial assumption;

There are many views to this - the most logical one using the socratic view (that what is not logical is false & what cannot be explained by logic may be true) would be the creation theory.

no the world don,t have beginning in time because the time starts at 12 not 00 that's why the world don,t have beginning.
