i woke up this morning to find that everything is in negative. like the menu is supposed to be black, but it's white. And all of my pictures turned negative. also, when i try to take a picture, sepia registers as blue, and negative is the normal colors.
the stupid manual doesn't have trouble shooting!!!
does anyone know how to fix this?

i also put a tmobile sim card in it, but it should be unlocked. does this have anything to do with it?

Well I cant say I know how to fix it but these problems occur when there is something wrong with your charger or the phone had been damaged without your knowlage.

Sorry but that is one of the most poorly made phones.
I really feel for you.
take it to the store and hope they can reprogram this for you
