Anybody live in Pueblo??

Question

I may be moving there. Are there job opportunities for an 18 year old?? Are people friendly, open minded?

No specific line of work. Maybe restaurant's?

As for jobs there, those approximately 103,495 people must must be working somewhere - so you should be able to find something.

Are the people friendly, open minded? Well that reminds me of the old story. A stranger happened upon a man outside of a city and asked what kind of people lived in that city. The old man asked the stranger what the people were like in the place he came from, and the stranger said they were mean and nasty - that was why he left. The old man said that this city was the same. Then another stranger came along and asked the old man the same thing. Again the old man questioned what the people were like where this man was coming from. The stranger said they were wonderful people and he was sad to leave, but had to. The old man said that's the kind of people you'll find in this city.

Moral of the story - you'll find what you look for and expect. Go in with the expectation of meeting friendly people, and that is what you'll find. A lot has to do with your attitude.

I live in pueblo. As a rule people are generally nice and open-minded. You have to get used to a small town-mentality. People will top and talk for no reason, and I've notive people from Denver seem to have problems with idle chat.

We're also very relaxed drivers. Not really in a hurry, you try to rush someone and they will punish you.

As for jobs I'm not sure. What field of work?

I've been there on vacation and had a blast. There are two super cool, way friendly and open minded people there for sure, and they fit in just fine. I'm sure you will too.
