At least wait for one year from the date of this marriage, and then move the family court for divorce on mutual consent, that’s the best & most convenient way out for you. This MOU has no legal value as otherwise too she can always state her change of mind & her willingness to stay with you once again. Unless you get decree of divorce from the court & the time period of appeal against this divorce is over, you cannot say you are absolutely free from her, till then this sword will keep on hanging on your head.

Vital details like religion of the parties, date and place of marriage together with under which laws the marriage was performed are missing. Breaking a marriage is not so easy with an MOU as stated. It seems that you really need jointly to seek counsel from an expert in the matter without delay.

First of all, do not force her to have sex with you.
Try to speak with her to see what is going on. A lot of times, there is trama, to which may have occurred long before you met her. if she just don't want to be with you sexually, then by all means, go and seek an attorney who can help dissolve your marriage.

Your MOU aint working, you gotta make a choice

Ask her if she wants to go back to MO or be with U

MOU is of no use!! You would need a legal Divorce for which you would need both of you to file for a Mutual Divorce!!
