my size tank is a 10 gallon with 8 fish...which are goldfish by the way...yes i no the tank is overstocked but i think the fish are small and can use the 10 gallon with a lot of room to swim in...i have a marineland 10 gallon filter with an air pump and air curtain rod...i have no ornaments in the tank just empty to provide space...

Clear water products only bring finite particles together so that they can be sucked into your filter better. Usually when a tank is cloudy it is because of a high ammonia or bacteria burst problem in which case the bacteria is trying to rebuild making the tank cloudy. If it is a new tank it is probably just cycling in which case your best bet is to feed as little as possible and do only necessary water changes. Also adding aquarium salt for fresh water tanks and some sort of live bacteria such as cycle, stresszyme of biozyme Will help.

Don't use any chemicals to make your tank clearer/odorless.

your problem is to much poop is going in the gravel then you are taking out with water changes with the siphon, what you want to do is do around 10-20% water changes for at least a month, then after that every week because your tank is overstocked, if you see no improvement then take out some fish, those goldfish grow 12" but you still have time to enjoy them.

I had a tank that smelled and i did the mistake of using chemicals which crashed my tank, i did the above and it worked for me.

I just used Jungle Clear Water yesterday, and it didn't help me at all! I know I am supposed to wait 48 hours, but it doesn't seem to do it with me.

I too have a 10 gallon tank with mollies.

Oh BTW: The liquid drops are dark purple!

Never, ever use the Jungle brand products. They are a waste of money, spend a little more and get a product that actually works.

Put it in with the fish. If the water is cloudy, you are likely over feeding.
