In a death situation, those who have the most usefulness should be saved first.
What good would it do to spare a frail, old lady's life and let a strong, young man die?

the usually save the young and the WOMEN..the old they usually let dead (i.e. the hurricane Katrina crap where they didnt even bother to evauate that old folks home after the hurrican and before the flooding) they let the old die because they had a long life already. The kids on the other hand havent gotta that much outta life yet so they give it to them. Plus the men should be able to fight for life longer because they are stronger

I'll buy that premise. The only exception is if the woman is pregnant, but then the unborn child is the reason.

Don't save anyone, you may be in violation of their rights too!
While you're at it, don't save yourself either or you may have to sue yourself!
