In February I decided to go after 2 of them. Opening a group home and flipping houses. My group home will be open in a couple months and I'm quitting my current job as I'm making more flipping houses.

nothing venture nothing gain.
hv no guts to break fr the familiar surroundings so i shall always be a wage earner.
