Almost all cars are better than they once were because of Toyota and Honda. Buick rated higher then the Lexus? With oil changes cars last almost 10 years with few break downs. So if I had good luck with my last Chevy I want to jumpship and buy a Ford? 2008 cars are safter so check out many cars in your price range don't settle on the first one. Read and check out Hyundai Azeria too. Nissan has good cars. So does Buick Pontiac and Ford.

Ok it just depends i'm a Ford guy. I've owned a couple of Toyotas that were nothing but trouble too. And the rapair costs are unreal on them . I've owned Ford's all my life and have had good luck w/ them all. If you do all the maintenance stuff the car will always give its best. Thats the secret to every car.

Yes! Ford just recently beat Nissan and is on par with Toyota in recent quality. Ford has also earned the most safety and quality awards than any car manufacturer in the world. Ford's divisions, Mercury and Lincoln also are very reliable. Ford scored 10nth in the most reliable car in the world, while Mercury scored 8th and Lincoln scored 3rd. Buick did recently top Lexus for 2nd place. Now Lexus is tied with Lincoln. Please support your own country and buy American.

I would never own an American car ever again, I'm sad to say.
I will only buy Japanese The fact that your chevy never gave you any problems is remarkable. The other problem with American cars is they have no resale value which you will soon find out
