post have settled, about two inches! How do I fix this problem myself, i realize I need to drain and lift them back to level but how much of a problem could this be?

use a Bumper jack, [a old type car jack] with a rope around the post, use the jack to pull the post back up,
dig out under the post and add rocks, or stone, or even bricks,
