as a bloke a cry is out of the question . A trip to the pub sometimes helps, but I find sitting on top of a mountain after a long walk clears the head.

a good cry doesnt make it better but you cant feel much worse when you cry x

It´s very hard for me to cry and I wish it was easier, relieves stress and things can only get better after.
