I could possibly B pregnant but im thinkin its all in my head, wut do i do???

Question

I've been experiencing wut sume would say, are symptoms of possibly being pregnant!
i went on vacation 4 about 2 weeks & even b4 my vacation i noticed dat my boobs were sore & my nipples were tender. while i was on my vacation, my boobs continued 2 B sore.my nipples became more tender than what they were B4 i left.
about a week & a half in2 my vacation, i as well as my sister, notcied dat my boobs got bigger *either that or they were really swollen*. it feels & looks like they grew at least half a cup size! also, i started having trouble sleeping at night!
ANOTHER THING, i'm doin this thing dat the doctor told me 2 try out where i dont get a period. so instead of takin that last week off w/ my birth control, i go on to the next pack so that i wont get a period. the last period i had was in june and it came late and only lasted 3 days which is weird 4 me,So the missed period thing would B hard 2 figure out 4 me!
i dont no if its all in my head or sumthin 2 really worry about!

Take a pregnancy test---NOW! You really shouldn't do that with your pills, I can't believe a Dr said you could do that every month.

Maybe not. Could be the continuous pill taking. Why not do a pregnancy test from the pharmacy and put your mind at rest?

If not stop the continuous and take the weeks break to see if the breast tenderness settles.

A 3 day bleed is not that unusual with oral contraceptives.

You should just get a pregnancy test done to find out. Also hun why would you try not to have a period. It is very important because it flushes all the bad carp from your body out. You really should consider not continueing that method if you are not pregnant. Then you also wouldn't have this problem of not knowing because you don't know if you missed a period or not. Don't do this hun. Go find out if you are or not, and please if you aren't go back to having your regular period once a month. It's not that big a deal to be healthy. Take care and good luck

Nipples sore, boobs bigger....take a urine test.....it should be positive if you are pregnant. The blood test will only tell you how pregnant you are. The urine test is actually sensitive enough to detect pregnancy by the time you miss your period.

Have you skipped any pills? If you've been taking your pills consistently, no problem. Some birth control pills have side effects--maybe it's just a side effect.

Did you skip more than 1 pill in a row? Break out the home pregnancy test.

yea you could be experiencing something thats call phantom pregnancy and also it could be your birthcontrol pill that your taken that is making your breast really tender and APPEAR to be bigger because i was on loestrin 24 and my breast got bigger they were swollen and my nipples hurt sooo much i could sleep on my stomach because of the pain i had to switch my birth control pill because they hurt soo much and now i am fine but if your on bc pills theres a slight chance you can be pregnant take a test if anything good luck!!!

The only advice any of us can give you is to take a pregnancy test and if it's negative but you keep feeling this way, see a doctor.

A girlfriend told me this ones BUT i dont know how true it is.
that if you believe you are pregnant that your body thinks it is!!
its the same with hypacondriacs where they think they are sick they ventually make themselves sick. Im pretty sure it does have a name but i cant remember.

Well, first I think you should take a test. Or you can always call your doctor and talk to him/her about your concerns and they can give you a blood test.
