Dizziness is medically referred to as Vertigo...there are of course various medications and therapies to cure this...since yours doesn't seem to be severe...I would first try to find a focal point and stare at it for about a minute...

Oh dear.
Depending on where you were sitting, you could have been exposed to carbon monoxide: I read an article about that happening on a lot of buses some months ago.
Mostly, you need rest and clean air. If you have it, try sipping ginger ale or even iced water.

You have motion sickness. What you can do is to take anti-motion sickness pills before traveling. During travel, avoid looking at different directions. Try focusing your eyes at one direction only or close your eyes if you start to feel signs that you are getting dizzy.

sit or lay down for a few minutes. putting your head on your lap for a few minutes actually helps. i'd just take it easy for a few minutes and not do too much too soon after feeling dizzy.

You probably should be on insulin. Any kind of exercise will help but mostly your diet.
