If you mean a word like "RACECAR" where you can spell it from left to right and right to left and it will be the same word, it's called a palindrome. Racecar is one, and a couple of other examples are "Mom", "Dad", "Malayalam" (a language spoken in India), "Redivider", "Hannah", and "Redder". There are many more.
