On mycokerewards i had purchaced a $25 giftaccount from simon and the redemption code didnt work. I have been calling the company for over a week and they have done nothing. Today i purchaced Redbook Magazine and the redemption code didnt work again. I want to call up the company for the 4th time and tell them that their company sucks but i dont know what to say. What should i say?

if you want the issue resolved continue to be persistant and call over and over, being polite and firm. if your beyond needing a solution and just want to feel better, rip into the guy on the other end of the line.

Be firm, but be polite. When you are sarcastic, rude or yelling people become defensive and don't hear what you are saying.
