i am a foreigner,,ive heard one guy on a tv show saying "death on legs" to his ex.
guess it's insulting,, precisely what does that mean?

It's like Dead Man Walking. It means someone with no future usually on Death Row in prison.

I believe it means a human being is the "death vehicle" being referred to. We are the most commonly seen on two legs, and we bring death all over the place, in marriages as well as wars sometimes.
